Prior to the formation of Silver Bullet Solution, the management and advisory team members were consistently at the forefront of technology innovation and compliance in the regulated sports betting and online gaming industry. Their experience amassed over the last decade — from working alongside many of the best operators and suppliers in the industry — provide the team with a deep understanding of the specific needs of operators and suppliers and the importance of offering a localized product, both in terms of technology and regulatory compliance.

Michael Mendyk

CEO

Michael has a decade of experience within the US gaming industry with a multi-layered understanding of the online gaming and sports betting sector, and a solid track record of delivering on strategic initiatives. For ODDSworks and Genesis Gaming, he played a key role in effectively managing all regulatory aspects, including corporate licensing, GLI technology certification, and market entry-preparation activities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. At Jackpot Software, he led the creation of an interactive gaming division, set technology roadmaps, synchronized product direction with go-to-market strategy, and secured distribution agreements with Tier-1 operators.

As co-founder and CEO, Michael is responsible for defining and executing Silver Bullet's business plan, marshalling resources around adapting the platform to the US market, driving capital raising initiatives, and structuring M&A exit events.

Stephen Naylor

Chief Compliance Officer

Stephen has extensive regulatory, technical, and operational knowledge of the industry. During his 10+ year tenure between both the GLI New Jersey and Netherlands offices, Stephen was involved in various domestic and international projects including providing guidance to hundreds of suppliers and operators through the GLI testing and certification process. In 2018, he joined GameAccount Network Ltd (GAN), a leading online gaming platform provider to US casino operators, and was responsible for the launch of new platforms for GAN's top casino partners in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. He also oversaw day-to-day operations post-launch, including new product development and deployment, verification and resolution of issues on the production platform, and other compliance-related matters.

Stephen’s compliance background will prove invaluable in ensuring Silver Bullet delivers one of the most comprehensive certified sports betting and gaming platforms for the US industry.

Kevin Slicker

Chief Commercial Officer

Kevin is a recognized expert in the sports betting industry working extensively with US-based and international B2B suppliers and B2C operators, providing operational and market access guidance to various sportsbook suppliers, daily fantasy sports companies, and casino operators. Since the repeal of PASPA, he has been deeply involved in evaluating third-party supplier platform capabilities against operator requirements, running technical due diligence on multiple sports betting platform suppliers including Kambi, FSB Tech, Amelco, IGT and SG Openbet. He also identified and coordinated integrations with leading US-centric third-party payment processors, KYC, and CRM providers.

Kevin is responsible for fine-tuning Silver Bullet's platform feature set with the unique nuances of American sports betting markets including teasers, in-play, same game parlays and points buying, including securing commercial agreements with US operators.

Marcelo Blanco

Strategic Technical Advisor

Marcelo has been involved in the online gaming industry for more than 15 years, having spent a decade as co-founder and CTO of Leander Games, and with the same role at Vibra Gaming since 2020. Marcelo specializes in platform architecture design and development, and has overseen hundreds of integrations for Remote Gaming Servers (RGS) and product integration with industry-leading operators like Pokerstars, Betsson, Vera & John, and Paddy Power. He also has extensive experience in leading multinational development teams, defining software development kits (SDKs), communication protocols, and coding frameworks, spanning throughout the whole ecosystem for B2B suppliers and B2C operators. In 2016, he was recognized by Gaming Intelligence HOT 50 as one of the most influential executives in the gaming industry.

As chief technical advisor, Marcelo will oversee the Americanization and GLI certification process and the delivery of Silver Bullet's US-centric industry leading online gaming and sports betting omni-channel platform.

Ramiro Atucha

Strategic Advisor

Ramiro has more than 20 years in the software development industry, including the last 15 years specializing in the online gaming sector, building and managing development teams, product strategy, and business development initiatives in Latin America, Europe, US, and Asia. As a co-founder and CEO of Leander Games in 2006, he built a team of 60+ designers and developers that created a best-in-class RGS, which became known as the Lega Platform which was deployed in multiple international jurisdictions around commercial agreements established with leading industry operators including Pokerstars, Betsson, Vera & John, and Paddy Power. As CEO for Vibra Gaming, he oversaw the expansion of the RGS capabilities to include a top-quality Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM), Player Account Management system (PAM), and sportsbook platform. In 2016 and 2022, he was also recognized by Gaming Intelligence HOT 50 as one of the most influential executives in the gaming industry.

Ramiro has established numerous operator and platform provider relationships that will prove beneficial to providing Silver Bullet with multiple US business opportunities.

Quinton Singleton

Strategic Advisor

Quinton is a Las Vegas native and well-respected figure in the US gaming industry with over 15 years of executive experience across both operators and suppliers. He has held a range of prominent positions with SG Digital where he served as VP of Interactive Strategy and Corporate Affairs and was responsible for the rollout of US sports betting. Prior to the acquisition by Scientific Games, he served as VP of Corporate Strategy and Government Affairs for NYX Gaming Group, which later acquired sports betting platform OpenBet. More recently he was a founder of Bet.Works, an omni-channel sports betting supplier that was acquired by Bally’s for $125 million in July 2021. Quinton also has professional experience as a certified public accountant and attorney, formerly with Deloitte and Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie.

In his role as strategic advisor for Silver Bullet, Quinton will work closely with the executive team on raising capital and the company's M&A profile for a positive exit event.
